Search, filter, and sort for members and save contacts to your device
Introduction
Keeping track of every member’s contact information is a daunting task. Greek Connect allows members of your chapter to search up other member’s information from anywhere, ensuring that members can always reach each other.
Best Practices
- Stay consistent: Have members use common abbreviations or terms for their majors, or update it for them. This way all members of a certain major are listed together (when sorting by major). Also, make sure to be consistent with member statuses, so that all members can be viewed as appropriate.
- Stay Up to Date: Have members add all appropriate information to their profile and update as soon as their information changes, so that other members can find each other when needed.
- Export to Contacts App: Remind members that long pressing on a member (or multiple) will allow them to save contact(s) to their device.
