Learn how to manage point systems and member progress
Managing point systems is an important task for chapter officers. You can keep track of member progress, approve, modify, or deny open requests, and export standings.
Chapter Standings
Officers can view the standing of every member (with an included status). Selecting an individual member from the table will let you view every point record for that member.
Open Requests
In the chapters section of the View Points page, you can view how many open requests the system has and how many each individual member has. Selecting a member with an open request will allow you to view the attachment (if provided), titled description, date, and requested point value.
Approval
Clicking will mark a points request as approved, adding the requested point value to the member's total. Officers can also select rows and then click to remove the record if they would like to deny the request.
Exporting
Chapter
Clicking from the chapter section of the View Points page will download the overall standings of every member for the points system.
Individual
Clicking from the individual section of the View Points page will download every record of the member for the points system.
