Location Tracking

Learn how to setup location tracking for your point systems

Location tracking is only available via Greek Connect's mobile app. When members are ready to track their location, they can go to the View Points page and then click "Request Points" (and "Location Tracking" if shown). Then, they are allowed to select a location from which they would like to earn points. If they are not within the bounds of any location, they are still able to submit a custom request (with photo) if custom requests enabled.

Once their study tracking has started, they will continue to earn points for as long as they stay within the bounds and keep Greek Connect open. If they leave the area or close out, they will receive a notification letting them know that they need to reopen to keep earning points.

When the member is finished tracking, they can click "Finish" to conclude their location tracking session.
