House Manager

Assign and rotate house chores, run cleanup days, and hold members accountable with Greek Connect.

As house manager, you keep the chapter house running and make sure everyone pulls their weight. Greek Connect turns chores from a running argument into a system that assigns itself, reminds members automatically, and shows you at a glance who has actually done their part.

Assign and rotate house chores

Use tasks to turn your chore chart into something that runs on its own. Create a chore, then assign it to specific members or to a whole group — like New Members or a cleaning committee — and set the day or window it's due. For anything that repeats, make it a recurring task with rotation so Greek Connect cycles it to a new member each week without you rebuilding the list.

Want proof the job got done? Require a photo upload on the task, and turn on admin approval so a chore only counts once you've signed off.

Send chore reminders automatically

Greek Connect reminds assigned members before a chore is due and marks it overdue if they miss it — so you're not the one chasing people down. If a member has a legitimate reason they couldn't finish, they can submit an excuse for the chapter to review.

See who's actually doing their chores

The accountability report shows completion rates across the house and flags overdue chores, so repeat offenders are obvious and follow-up is quick. Every completed chore is tracked, with the photo proof attached if you required one.

Rally the house for cleanup days

Put cleanup days and house meetings on the chapter calendar so everyone can see them coming, and use a group chat or house channel to share reminders and updates. To reward the members who consistently show up, attach a points reward to the event so participation counts toward your chapter's points system.
