Scholarship
Track study hours, boost GPAs, and run study sessions with Greek Connect's points and tasks.
As scholarship chair, you're responsible for keeping members in good academic standing — and proving it. Greek Connect automates the busywork of tracking study hours and running study programs so you can focus on the members who need help.
How do I track study hours?
Set up a points system with location tracking for the spots your members study — the library, the chapter house, an academic center. Members start a tracked session when they arrive and earn credit for the time they spend on site. You can also use check-in maps for a quick tap-to-check-in at a study location. (Location features run on the mobile app and may depend on your chapter's setup.) See study-hour tracking for setup.
Run group study sessions
Encourage members to study together by adding group study times and locations to the chapter calendar. Attach a points reward so attendance counts toward study requirements automatically.
Assign weekly study tasks
For new members or anyone in poor academic standing, use tasks to assign weekly study requirements and check-ins. Assign them to a group so they apply to everyone in that status, and use the accountability report to see who's keeping up — so you can step in early instead of at grade check.
