Location-Based Attendance, Automated

Check-In Maps lets chapters track member attendance at recurring locations — the chapter house, library, gym, or anywhere else — without creating individual events. Members check in from their phone when they’re within range, and points are awarded automatically.

GPS-Verified Check-Ins

Each location has a configurable radius (50 ft to 1 mile). Members can only check in when their GPS confirms they’re within range. No codes to share, no manual tracking — just show up and tap.

Scheduling

Set day-and-time windows for each location. Check-ins are only accepted during scheduled hours. Perfect for study hours (Mon–Thu 6–10pm), house duties (Sat 9am–12pm), or gym sessions (daily 6am–9pm).

Automatic Points

Link any of your chapter’s points systems. Set custom point values per location. Points are awarded instantly on check-in — no officer action needed.

Leaderboards & Activity Feed

Enable a real-time leaderboard to drive friendly competition. Choose visibility: everyone, personal rank only, or admin-only. The activity feed shows recent check-ins with member avatars on the map.

Admin Controls

Cooldown: Set minimum wait time between check-ins at the same location.
Daily limits: Cap the number of check-ins per location per day.
Check-in management: View all check-ins, delete fraudulent entries (points reversed automatically), and export to CSV.
Excusals: Members can submit excusals for missed check-ins. Admins review and approve or deny.
Up to 50 locations: Add as many locations as you need per map.
