Features
Event Creation
Easily create events from your phone or computer by simply adding the event's name, timeframe, and location. You can add additional details such as links, notifications, descriptions, costs, and categories. Keep track of attendance with sign-in, excuses, and RSVP options. You can also set the event's visibility to only allow invited members to view it. Once created, you can share or export the event, and even send it to a built-in chat.
Sign In & Excuses
Easily monitor member attendance and manage excuses. As an officer, you can choose between various sign-in methods including QR code, pin, or password. Keep track of members' sign-in times, and excuse status, and sort them alphabetically. By setting point triggers based on attendance, you can accurately track member progress. Additionally, you can send polls exclusively to present members or start a new conversation with them. For record-keeping purposes, you can also export attendance data.
Notifications
You can keep your members informed by enabling notifications for event sign-in, excuse deadlines, and event start. When members opt-in, they will receive automatic notifications at the desired time, saving time and preventing confusion.
RSVP & Guests
To help officers keep track of attendees for an event, you can include an RSVP list. This list can also have a cap limit if needed. Choose viewing permissions for members to see who is attending. If desired, only admins can access the signup list. Additionally, members can bring guests and their information can be automatically collected.
Itinerary
To keep members informed about the schedule of events, it's important to create an itinerary. This can be useful for both weekend getaways and chapter events, as it allows members to view a timeline of all the activities that will be available.
