Points

Greek Connect's point system allows chapter officers to quickly create multiple systems for each category that you may need. From service hours to academic merits, chapter officers can stay on top of point requirements, allowing members to submit point requests or automatically earn points based on their attendance at events.

Features

Location Tracking

With location tracking, chapter officers can automatically award members points when they stay in designated areas. Streamline study hours tracking, attendance at service hours, and more!

System Creation

Officers can make as many point systems as necessary to best run the chapter, setting a goal if desired plus enabling or disabling point requests. Officers can also add links and a description to aid members. Officers can also set the visibility so that only the necessary members can view the point system.

Point Requests

If enabled, members can request points by providing a title, description, point amount, date, and attachment (if wanted). From there, officers can see the number of open point requests and can manually approve or deny the request.

Calendar Syncing

Officers can automatically give points to members based on their actions with calendar events (such as being present, having an approved excuse, or by rsvp’ing). These show up just as a custom request would, helping track member progress.

Admin

Officers can easily view the chapter’s progress, sort by member, and view the number of open requests. Officers can also export the stats to excel, for enhanced record keeping. When it’s time to reset point counts, officers can easily clear all point records.
